Pre-Order/ Special Order
A Special Order or Pre-Order is a product that we normally do not keep in stock or a new product that is not shipping yet. Please remember that special orders and pre-orders are non-cancelable, so make sure the item you are ordering is correct.
Pick it up at Sinamex
You can choose to pick up your item at our showroom – usually within the hour as long as we are open. If you would like someone to pick it up for you on your behalf, make sure that they have a hard or soft copy of the receipt.
