Following German reunification, Roland Stenz expanded his expertise in both the hi-fi and professional audio sectors, while also completing a degree in electrical engineering. This combination of academic knowledge and real-world experience led him to co-found and lead ADAM Audio GmbH, where he served as managing director from 1999 to 2010. During this time, he played a key role in developing technologies that would go on to influence modern studio monitoring.

In 2010, driven by a vision to push performance even further, he began developing a new generation of studio monitors—refining concepts, rethinking design approaches, and focusing on greater accuracy and usability. This vision came to life with the founding of EVE Audio GmbH in 2011.
