Elevate Your Monitors

The BaseTwo25 is a state-of-the-art monitoring solution that transforms any two-way studio monitor setup into a full-range, three-way system. At its core is the BaseAmp1200 power amplifier, featuring Amphion’s discrete filtering module with a four-step crossover selection, footswitchable bypass, and a variable-level attenuator—delivering precise control and seamless integration for uncompromising accuracy.

Stereo to the Lowest Octave

Amphion introduced its first Base Extension system in 2015, pioneering the concept of preserving true stereo information all the way down to the lowest octave—a principle that has since been widely adopted across the industry.

Seamless Integration

Engineered to integrate effortlessly with Amphion monitors of all sizes. The system can even be paired with smaller models to create an ultra-fast, easily adjustable full-range monitoring solution for smaller rooms.

Elevate Your Monitors

By transferring low-frequency duties to the Base system, the paired monitors benefit from significantly improved midrange clarity and increased power handling.

Industry-Defining Clarity

A force-cancelling driver configuration combined with the highest-quality components delivers exceptional clarity, control, and low-frequency detail that sets a new industry benchmark.

Simple Setup

The system is always placed directly beneath the monitors. This fixed positioning and close physical alignment ensure consistent, phase-accurate integration without complex setup procedures.

2-Way, 3-Way, or the Amphion Way?

Prefer the simplicity of a 2-way monitor or the enhanced power handling of a 3-way system? With the push of a button or a footswitch, the system seamlessly switches between both—offering flexibility without compromise.
